How the planner works

Activity counts scheduled starts over the next 60 days. Overlaps compare the time between each start and its estimated finish. Suggestions use the timezone and duration in the Add a job form.

Each job keeps its own scheduler timezone. Charts and run details use UTC, your browser's timezone.

Jobs are saved in this browser. Download a backup to keep all settings. Copy crontab to export schedules and commands; your cron implementation must support CRON_TZ. Replace any command placeholders before use.
